IMPORTANT DATES

Registration begins January 1, 2025 and ends January 31, 2025.
  - No registrations will be accepted after January 31st. 
  - 100% refund offered before February 1, 2025; 50% refund offered before February 7, 2025. No refund offered after
     February 7, 2025.

Assessments for Player Pitch Divisions (Minor, Major, Junior) will be February 15 and 16, 2025 at Wahtonka Gym.

Field Clean Up will be March 8, 2025.

Opening Ceremonies will be Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Kramer Field in The Dalles, Oregon.

2025 D5 Little League All-Star Tournament starts Saturday, June 20th and will be hosted by The Dalles Little League at Kramer Field!

PREPARE FOR REGISTRATION - 2025

Your TDLL Board is excited to announce registration for the 2025 little league season will open January 1st! Registration will be open online at www.thedallesll.com from January 1st to January 31st. NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Registration is open to families in Oregon (Wasco County & Sherman County) and in Washington (Lyle to Dallesport). New in 2025, for players league age 7 and younger, you may register in any Little League program regardless of geography-related or school enrollment eligibility requirements.

Important Information
Opening Ceremonies will be on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Kramer Field in The Dalles.

Age Requirements, Divisions and Assessments
TDLL follows the Little League Age Chart. Please review the 2025 Little League Age Chart to ensure your child is eligible for our programs.
Tee Ball – League Age 5 and 6 (co-ed baseball)
Rookies – League Age 7 and 8 (baseball & girls softball)
Minors – League Age 9 and 10 (baseball & girls softball)
Majors – League Age 11 and 12 (baseball & girls softball)
Juniors - League Age 13 and 14 (baseball & girls softball)
Challenger - League Age 5 through 18* (baseball) 

We require athletes to be Little League Age 5 to register for Tee Ball. The Board requires this due to considerations of skill and safety of our athletes. Assessment sessions for the Junior, Major and Minor Divisions will be on February 15th and 16th, in the Wahtonka Gym (3601 W 10th St., The Dalles).

Major & Minor Divisions $100
Rookie & Tee Ball Divisions $85
Challenger: $40
Scholarships available through the T-Mobile Little League® Call Up Grant
Each player will receive a jersey shirt, little league patch and hat (baseball) or visor (softball) from TDLL. TDLL Fan Gear will be available for purchase and can be customized with team logo, player name/number for additional cost. 

Documents to gather in preparation for registration
1. You will be required to provide TDLL with a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate during registration. TDLL athletes who participated in All-Star tournament seasons in 2021-2024 will already have it on file. If you have previously provided a paper copy of your child's birth certificate, you may be exempt. 

2. You will be required to submit an official school enrollment form. Please request your child’s school complete the School Enrollment Form. If you provided an official school enrollment form in 2022, 2023 or 2024, and your child hasn't changed schools, you can skip this item. If you are new to TDLL 

3. You will be required to complete and submit a Medical Release form  (English/Spanish) for each athlete in your household.

Code of Conduct - Each athlete and parent will be required to read and agree to our Code of Conduct. The Parent Code of Conduct is required to be signed and provided during our document collection period. The Player Code of Conduct is required to be signed and provided during our document collection period. You may return completed forms to Big 5 Sporting Goods or bring to Wahtonka Gym during Assessments on February 15th and 16th. 

Volunteering - TDLL is successful because of our dedicated volunteers. All families will be required to opt-in to a volunteer opportunity during the season. We have plenty of volunteer opportunities to choose from including coaching a team, umpiring games or working in the concession stand. Volunteering is a requirement of eligibility.

Fundraising - TDLL will hold one fundraiser during the regular season.  All athletes (meaning each athlete in a multi-athlete family) are expected to participate in the fundraiser or you can pay to opt-out ($40/athlete). Fundraiser participation is a requirement of eligibility.
